Research
The objective of this research was to determine the effects of mowing practices, nitrogen rates, and plant growth regulator use on golf ball lie in ‘TifSport’ bermudagrass. Initial hypotheses of this research were that reduced mowing heights, increased nitrogen application rates, and plant growth regulator use would improve golf ball lie without diminishing turf quality.
