Summary: Glyphosate-resistant Palmer amaranth has changed agriculture forever. Growers are using more herbicides, hand weeding, and tillage in the battle against this problematic weed, and it is at a high cost. Cover crop residues may aid growers in managing this pest more consistently, effectively, and economically.
