Summary:

The presentation begins with explaining the types of on-farm research employed for fertility trials (survey, conventional plots, strips), how they adapt to different objectives and budget, and includes things to watch for, etc.; namely measurements that depend on the type of experiment, objective, and means. Also, general techniques used in collecting data and running experiments, particularly those based on strip trials and GPS/GIS guidance and differences over classic weigh-wagon strip trials.
