PMN Variety Trials

Crop Management Variety Trials

Variety Trials are published as part of the PMN journals Crop Management and Forage and Grazinglands. As such, Variety Trials are available to all PMN subscribers.

Variety Trials are annual reports of variety and hybrid performance in controlled trials. Crops covered currently include:

    • at Crop Management, alfalfa, corn grain, corn silage, cotton,
       grain sorghum, soybeans, and wheat, and;

    • at Forage and Grazinglands, cool- and warm-season grasses
       (mechanical harvest), legumes (mechanical harvest), grazing
       trials, rangeland trials, and annual forages.

Individual reports may be located through PMN’s searchable database or through the contents listings at Crop Management and Forage and Grazinglands. Trial results are accepted for harvest years 2001 and later.
