The Biopesticide Industry Alliance (BPIA) is an alliance of companies and organizations that have substantial interest in R&D, manufacturing and/or marketing of biological pesticides or biopesticides. BPIA's objectives are (1) to develop and promote industry standards for biopesticides, (2) to communicate the benefits of biopesticide technologies as effective products, (3) to continue to develop a strong working relationship with the authorities entrusted to regulate pesticides and expand our position as a dependable resource to the regulatory authorities, and (4) to become the leading source of reliable information for biopesticides and to improve product stewardship, performance, and factual promotion.
