Peregrine Fungicide Is Latest New Product from Phoenix Environmental Care LLC

Valdosta, GA (February 5, 2007)--Peregrine™ fungicide is the newest addition to the rapidly expanding list of products from Phoenix Environmental Care LLC. Peregrine is a broad-spectrum fungicide that controls most major diseases including anthracnose, dollar spot, large brown patch, helminthsporium, pink and gray snow mold and gray leaf spot.

“Peregrine is a combination of two proven active ingredients – chlorothalonil and thiophanate-methyl, with the optimal three-to-one chlorothalonil to thiophanate-methyl ratio,” says Rick Grant, Director of Business Development for Phoenix Environmental Care LLC. “This means that Peregrine has both systemic and contact activity.”

Grant says Peregrine is available as a 66.7-percent WDG and will be sold in five-pound re-sealable jugs. The product can also be used on landscape plantings for control of ovulinia blight, botrytis, downy and powdery mildew.
