PMN Publishes New Hub
Through the outreach component of a United Soybean Grant, the Plant Management Network has produced the Soybean Fungicide Resistance Hub, a central destination for valuable information on soybean fungicide management. This new hub includes webcasts, maps for resistance tracking in the U.S., and a fungicide resistance resources section featuring extension information on fungicide resistance management of soybean crops.

ATS, CM, and FG Journals Will Soon Merge
Effective January 1, Applied Turfgrass Science (ATS), Crop Management (CM), and Forage and Grazinglands (FG) will merge into one large journal titled Crop, Forage, & Turfgrass Management. This new, soon-to-be-available journal will serve as a one-stop resource for crop, forage, and turfgrass production research.

Individual PMN Subscription Prices Slated to Rise
As of January 1, 2015, prices to PMN subscriptions will rise by $1 for both member-based and regular subscriptions.  The new price for a personal member-based subscriptions will be just $40 yearly and $50 yearly for non-member, regular subscriptions. Publishing in PDMR is Now Easier Than Ever!
Authorship in Plant Disease Management Reports (PDMR) has become simpler than ever with more streamlined directions, a simplified style guide, easy-to-understand formatting guidelines, and a more flexible payment process. Two New Events Featured in Tospovirus Hub
The Plant Management Network’s new hub on tospoviruses now features an Upcoming Events section featuring two significant, back-to-back meetings on the topic: “Enhancing Risk Index-Driven Decision Tools for Managing Insect Transmitted Plant Pathogens” and “The Xth International Symposium on Thysanoptera and Tospoviruses.” These events will be held in the Asilomar Conference Grounds, Pacific Grove, CA from May 14th through May 20th, 2015.
