CROP MANAGEMENT INTRODUCES
"VARIETY TRIALS"
The journal, Crop Management, recently introduced a new section, Variety Trials, for the publication of annual reports of hybrid and variety performance. Initial crops covered include alfalfa, corn grain, corn silage, cotton, grain sorghum, soybeans, and wheat. Variety Trials may be located by scrolling down
Crop Management's main Table of Contents and now includes six newly published reports in standardized format. Author guidelines and templates for submitting trials as Microsoft Excel spreadsheets are also available.
Crop Management invites potential authors to submit reports to the new centralized repository for harvest years 2001 and later.
F&N AND B&C TESTS JOIN PMN'S SUITE OF RESOURCES
The electronic versions of the popular APS Press publications, Fungicide and Nematicide Tests and
Biological and Cultural Tests for the Control of Plant Diseases are now available through the Plant Management Network. PMN subscribers may access the publications by clicking the "Field Trials" link in the upper right corner of the
PMN homepage. PMN's full set of online resources currently includes
Plant Health Progress, Crop Management, B&C
Tests, F&N Tests, PMN's Image Collections, and the PMN Update Newsletter for one single subscription price. Regular PMN subscriptions may be purchased for $40 or less, as described on PMN's
online subscription
page.
