2003 Edition of F&N TESTS Now Online

Fungicide and Nematicide Tests, Volume 58, is now available to PMN subscribers. This year's edition contains 469 reports. The F&N Tests area of PMN now contains four electronic volume years, spanning results from 1999-2002. Sections include Cereal and Forage Crops, Citrus and Tropical Crops, Field Crops, Ornamentals and Trees, Pome Fruits, Small Fruits, Stone Fruits and Nuts, Turfgrass, Vegetables, Seed Treatments, and Materials Under Trial.

Plant Health Progress Celebrates Third Anniversary

PMN's journal, Plant Health Progress, turns three years old this month. Launched in June, 2000, PHP continues to grow in submissions and usage. Authors are invited to submit their applied work for consideration. PHP provides peer-reviewed publication with no page or color charges. Articles are published within 1-3 weeks of acceptance. PHP submission guidelines are available online. Author guidelines are also available for PMN's journal, Crop Management.

The Plant Management Network welcomes Penn State University as its fourteenth land-grant partner. The Penn State College of Agricultural Sciences improves the lives of people in Pennsylvania, the nation, and the world by creating and sharing knowledge regarding agriculture, environmental stewardship, and economic and social well being.

PMN Part of Nonprofit Journals Group

The Plant Management Network is involved in a newly formed initiative, the Nonprofit Journals Group (NJG). The NJG is a collaborative effort of 17 scientific societies, representing 34 different scientific journals. In addition to a printed journals catalog for academic libraries, NJG sponsors the website. Interested faculty are encouraged to use the electronic "Recommend This Journal" feature, included in PMN's online listing, to request their agricultural acquisitions librarian to obtain an institution-wide online subscription.
