Cornell Extension Publications Added to PMN
Cornell
University's
Mann Library
has undertaken a project to
index
Cornell Cooperative Extension
publications into the PMN Plant Science Database. Through this program,
students, under the direction of the library, have added over
500 fact sheets and other
documents, so
far. Documents may be retrieved either through the EZ Search
available on the
PMN homepage or
through the
Plant Science Database's
more sophisticated subscribers-only search. |

F&N Tests Adds "Materials Under Trial"
This year's volume
of
Fungicide and Nematicide Tests,
Volume 58, includes a new
"Materials Under Trial" section, providing a powerful new
database that cross references
products, manufacturers,
ingredients, diseases, and
commodities. Published by
APS PRESS, F&N Tests
is available through PMN to activate subscribers and PMN partner
libraries.

Purdue University Joins as New PMN Institutional Partner

The Plant Management Network welcomes
Purdue University as its fifteenth land-grant university
partner. The
Purdue University School
of Agriculture strives to serve food, agriculture, and
natural resource systems by providing exceptional education,
discovering new knowledge, and helping citizens improve their lives. Information
regarding the
PMN University Partners
Program in PDF format is available online. A comprehensive
list of all
partners, including universities, scientific organizations,
and industry, is also available.

PMN to Exhibit at NACAA
The PLANT MANAGEMENT NETWORK will
exhibit at the upcoming National
Association of County Agricultural Agents
Meeting, July
13-15, in Green Bay, WI. Attendees
are invited to stop by to learn more about the network's electronic
resources and about publishing
in PMN's peer-reviewed journals. |
